Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy for Alaskincare Spa
At Alaskincare Spa, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please review our policies below:
Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 30% charge of the scheduled service fee.
No-Show Policy

Failing to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee.

After three (3) no-shows or late cancellations, you will no longer be able to book future appointments at Alaskincare Spa.
Refund Policy

Services: All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

Products: Products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase if unopened and unused. Opened or used products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
